Connect Resource/Group Request Form

Note;

A unified group will create a group allowing the group, including those without Connect accounts, to share files and receive group emails. However, example@soe.rutgers.edu would not be an address to send from.

A shared resource account will allow/act as a standard mailbox, allowing mail to be sent and received, but it is only accessible to those with Connect accounts.

The group's needs should determine the type of resource created.
