We are upgrading the file server. Early next week (Week of Oct 4), it will run on a new platform with Nextcloud service.
To provision your account on the new file server, soewebdrive2.engr.rutgers.edu, we need you to login with the Engineering account (not your netid account) at the link below:
If you forgot the Engineering password, please reset it using the link further down the page.
For assistance in the computer labs during the fall and spring semesters, please visit us in room EN-B124A or call 848-445-3479.
For assistance regarding software, hardware, or website support please submit a ticket using the button below.
Whenever RU Wireless Secure is not within reach, users can connect to SOE-Research using their netid and password. More information can be found here. Faculty and staff members looking to use a hardwired connection must submit an IP request form using the button below. Note: Before submission, please make sure that the machine is powered on and connected to a proper wall jack labeled xxxxD.
Computer Lab Use
To access the engineering computer labs: DSV, EIT, CoLab, BME, ECE, RWH; users are provided engineering accounts which use their netid and an engineering password (separate from their normal netid password). Accounts will be created at the start of each semester as instructors submit class rosters. Passwords can be created or reset using the button below (must be on Rutgers network to proceed).
