Network Troubleshooting Tips

  1. Make sure you are using only one physical connection, either wifi or ethernet. You can't use both at the same time. When using an ethernet cable, wifi should be disabled. When wifi is on, the ethernet cable should be disconnected.
     
  2. Report a network connectivity problem to ECS through the ticketing system. Specify your location, network jack port number, and the MAC address of the system.
